Premier Care Case Study with Capt. McCleod

Captain Shawn McCleod is a husband and father serving the US Air Force for over 15 years.  Just last year he was deployed to Afghanistan and suffered multiple back injuries after being attacked by incoming enemy rounds. He was rushed to the hospital where the doctors informed him he had suffered multiple herniated and slipped discs in his back.  Shawn deals with the pain from his back every day, some days are good some are bad.  But surgery is not a solution for him right now as once surgery to your back is done, the Air Force grounds you from flying again.

After 15 years of service, and at the cusp of being a Major, Shawn isn’t ready to hang up his wings yet.

His solution to his back is pain management and physical therapy.  His doctors have told him repeatedly about the benefits of Hydrotherapy for his back, but getting to a gym or spa multiple times per day is not an option in his busy schedule.
